RESTORE TRUST

Accountability. Ethical leadership. Residents first.

RESTORING TRUST IN CITY HALL

Transparency is not a campaign promise. It is the bare minimum.

Residents deserve to know how decisions are made, where their tax dollars go, and whether those decisions are producing results. Not months later. Not in language only insiders understand. Not only after someone is forced to file a records request.

Trust is earned by openness, accountability, and consistent communication.

ETHICAL LEADERSHIP

Public service is not a personal platform. It is a duty.

It should be governed by integrity, professional discipline, and an unwavering commitment to the public interest, not friendships, not side deals, and not silence when something goes wrong.

I will champion strong ethics rules, real conflict-of-interest protections, and actual accountability when decisions, contracts, or public spending fail to deliver what residents were promised. If it does not serve Montebello, it should not stand.

No more looking the other way. No more excuses. Residents deserve leadership that can be trusted with their money and their city.

YOUR VOICE MATTERS

City Hall does not get to decide first and listen later.

Residents deserve a real voice before major decisions are made and clear follow-up after they are made. Not a two-minute comment at the end of a long meeting. Not a notice no one saw. Not silence once the vote is over.

I will support neighborhood conversations, accessible town halls, regular communication, and documented follow-up so people know what was heard and what happens next.

Your voice is not a courtesy. It is the power residents should never have to fight for.
